3. Role and Responsibilities

Our Role: We are a lead generation and connection service. We do not provide real estate services or advice. We do not set commission rates or participate in any real estate transactions.

Your Responsibilities: You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide to us. You acknowledge that we will share this information with selected realtors for the purpose of connecting you with appropriate real estate services.

4. No Licensing or Real Estate Services

BC Realtors does not hold any real estate licenses and does not provide real estate services. We are not real estate agents or brokers. Our service is limited to connecting users with licensed realtors in British Columbia.

5. Fee Structure

Our service is free to users. We receive compensation directly from realtors for connecting them with potential clients. We do not add any costs to users for our connection service. We are not involved in setting commission rates that realtors may charge for their services.

6. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and Conditions.

7. Information Handling

Information you provide to us will be shared with selected realtors who we determine are best suited to meet your requirements. We reserve the right to contact you to verify the authenticity of your inquiry. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information on how we handle your personal information.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use our service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our service. You agree not to submit false or misleading information.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the BC Realtors website are the property of BC Realtors or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of this content without our express written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL BC REALTORS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BC Realtors and its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the service or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms and Conditions on our website. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
